CANCELLATIONS
A full 72 hours/3 days notice is required if you wish to cancel your photo session. Failure to do so will result in you having to pay the full cost of your agreed session.

- ALL CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT AN UP TO DATE COVID-19 NEGATIVE TEST RESULT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND THEN TWO (2) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED PHOTO SESSION
- FREE COVID-19 TESTING IS AVAILABLE USING THE LINK BELOW

- ALL CLIENTS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE AND RETURN A COVID-19 HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE A DAY PRIOR TO THE PHOTO SESSION WHICH WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR SESSION
- YOUR TEMPERATURE WILL BE TAKEN USING A NO TOUCH DIGITAL THERMOMETER ON ARRIVAL
- ALL CLIENTS MUST THOROUGHLY WASH THEIR HANDS ON ARRIVAL
- FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN ON ENTRY.
- PLEASE HAVE A CHANGE OF FOOTWEAR ON ENTRY INTO THE STUDIO
- AREA WILL BE SPRAYED/SANITIZED REGULARLY
BOOKING YOUR SESSION
- A consultation is required before booking
- All bookings will require a COVID-19 Test Result
- All clients will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on booking to reserve the photographer's services.
- Client will be sent to client proof of session within 5 days of the session by email via WeTransfer.com for viewing
- Clients will need to sign a limited photo release
- Clients must have professional make-up artist in attendance
- Regular turnaround time is 18 business days from the date you select your final pictures.
